Refund policy

Items that are being sold by The Attic streetwear as new can be returned/exchanged within 14 business days. 

Any request for a return must be reported by email to our customer service at info@theatticstreetwear.com within 14 calendar days of delivery.
After this, you will receive the return instructions to return the ordered product(s).

The returned product(s) have to be completely new, i.e. not worn and in their original packaging, perfectly intact.

Returned products showing any signs of wear of use, damages or if the product is made unfair for sale, as well if the returned product does not correspond to the one initially ordered, will not be processed by The Attic streetwear.

Returned products must be sent in a separate shipping package to prevent any damages to the product(s). The Attic streetwear has the right to refuse your return request if the original packaging is damaged.

In order to always guarantee the best prices on the market;
Shipping costs made while returning your order will not be reimbursed by The Attic streetwear.
We advice you to get in touch with our customer care team if you have any concerns regarding sizing etc.

If your return is accepted, your return will automatically be processed. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for your refund to be processed.

If your return is refused, you will be informed by email within 2-3 working days. We will then ship back your returned items to your address, at your expense.
