Is the customer care team always available?
Our customer care team is available to assist you on business days between 9:00 and 18:00.
Can I visit your showroom?
Absolutely. You can schedule a private appointment to view or pick up your order. Please contact us in advance to arrange your visit so we can prepare your goods.
Payments
How can I pay for my purchase?
We currently support multiple secure payment methods:
iDEAL, Apple Pay, Klarna, PayPal, Billink, IN3, SprayPay, Bank transfer, Custom payment request (by bank), and Cash (for showroom pickups).
Can I make a deposit to reserve an item?
Yes, you can reserve a product with a minimum 50% deposit of the total price.
The item will be held for 10 days, within which the remaining amount must be paid.
We believe in flexibility because at The Attic, the client always comes first.
Products
Are all products authentic?
Yes. Every single product sold by The Attic is 100% authentic.
We only source our products from verified retailers and brands directly. All items are also carefully verified by hand by our in-house authenticity team before shipping. Goods that are offered by our clients on our Archive are physically in stock at The Attic and have been thoroughly verified before being listed on our platform.
We do not tolerate counterfeit goods under any circumstance.
How can you offer such competitive prices?
Through our global network of verified retailers and trusted suppliers, we’re able to source highly demanded and exclusive items at fair, market-competitive prices, passing the value directly on to you. We believe in strong service, competitive prices, and therefore a strong returning customer base (our community).
Do certain items restock?
Yes, we have weekly restocks on many of our products. If it is not in stock, we will offer our On Demand service which allows you to re-order the product with us. The shipping time will be longer for re-orders.
On Demand Service
What does “On Demand” mean?
Some products are simply too exclusive to keep in stock. With our On Demand service, we can source rare items; from limited sneaker releases to high-end designer pieces, directly through our verified partners worldwide.
Because each piece is sourced individually, delivery times are slightly longer, typically between 3–12 business days depending on the item and supplier.
Every On Demand item undergoes a strict authenticity and quality check before shipping, ensuring you always receive a 100% genuine product, backed by The Attic’s Service & Authenticity Guarantee.
Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we ship worldwide, with the exception of Syria, Pakistan, Iran, Iraq, Cuba, and North Korea.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock items: Orders placed before 15:00 are shipped the same day.
On Demand items: Estimated delivery time is 3–12 business days.
Shipping time may vary depending on your country and local carrier.
Which shipping service do you use?
All orders are shipped insured and with full tracking for your peace of mind.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Once your order has been processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
If your order hasn’t yet been processed, please contact us immediately at info@theatticstreetwear.com so we can check the status.
Cancellation Policy — On Demand Orders
Once an On Demand order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
Each On Demand item is sourced individually from our verified international partners. This means the procurement process begins immediately after your order is confirmed.
Because these products are specially ordered and reserved for you, cancellations or modifications are not possible once processing has started.
Every On Demand purchase comes with The Attic Authenticity Guarantee and a full quality inspection before shipment.

Can I sell or consign my items at The Attic?
Yes, since 2025 we offer a consignment and direct-sell option for our community members. Your items will be listed on our Archive section.

How do I make sure I am always the first with the latest?
We stimulate all of our customers to join our community and to join our Whatsapp broadcast channel + Instagram broadcast channel for exclusive offers, sale announcements and weekly Archive drops (every Sunday 10:00).
